Materials We Offer
Explore our 3D printing materials. Each material has specific use case. You can explore and choose what suits your needs.
PLA
Best for: Visual models, rapid prototypes, and decorative items.
Pros: Wide color variety, low cost and eco-friendly (made from corn starch).
Cons: Low heat resistance; parts will warp over 60C temperature. It is also quite brittle and tends to snap rather than bend.
ABS
Best for: Functional parts, automotive components, and parts requiring post-processing.
Pros: High impact and heat resistance upto 90C temperature.
Cons: Not eco-friendly; Emits unpleasant, potentially harmful fumes during printing. Not Suitable for outdoor application.
PETG
Best for: Mechanical brackets, outdoor gear, and water-resistant containers.
Pros: Combines the ease of PLA with the strength of ABS. It has excellent layer adhesion and high chemical resistance.
Cons: Heat resistance upto 80C.
TPU
Best for: Phone cases, gaskets, seals, and vibration dampeners.
Pros: Incredible impact resistance and can be stretched or compressed repeatedly without breaking.
Cons: Slow manufacturing speed.

Draft - FDM
Optimized for rapid prototyping and functional fit testing where aesthetic finish is secondary. Offers the fastest speed for fit-and-function validation. Layer lines are generally 0.24 mm.
Medium - FDM
A versatile, production-quality finish for high-fidelity prototyping. It offers a cleaner aesthetic without premium lead times and costs. Layer lines are generally of 0.2 mm to 0.16 mm.
High - FDM
Exceptional detail and surface finish, designed for high-fidelity display models. Ideal for presentation pieces, consumer testing, and end-use parts. Layer lines are generally 0.16 mm to 0.08 mm.
Extreme - SLA
The highest quality finish, achievable only by the SLA 3D printing process. Engineered for best results, with minimal layer visible at 0.05 mm. Suitable for both aesthetic and functional parts.
