2. Claims Process & Shipping

• Initiating a Claim: To start a claim, customers must submit proof of the defect (clear photos or videos) to support@fluidwize.com.
• Investigation: Fluidwize Engineering Services reserves the right to accept or decline a warranty claim after a thorough investigation of the submitted evidence.
• Return Shipping: Once a claim is successfully accepted, the product must be shipped to our facility. All shipping costs and logistics associated with returning the product for repair or replacement are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Consumables & Third-Party Components

• Complimentary Items: Any included consumables (such as light bulbs provided with lamps) are considered complimentary.
• Specific Coverage: While we source components from reputable manufacturers (e.g., Philips, Orient), Fluidwize Engineering Services provides a maximum of six months of coverage on these items. After this period, any defects or claims must be directed to the original component manufacturer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Your warranty becomes null and void if:

• The product is subjected to accidents, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or tampering.
• The product shows signs of abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Damage is caused by fire, flood, "Acts of God," or any other natural calamities.
• The original warranty card and original purchase invoice are not provided at the time of the claim.
• The product shows standard wear and tear that does not affect core functionality.

5. Legal & Amendments

• Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra only.
• Right to Modify: Fluidwize Engineering Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
