Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with standard warranty (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 2 days from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
If the product needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.
100% Refund/Replacement
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality products as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint regarding manufacturing defects. Once we receive the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer with shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Based on the payment mode, refund will be processed and reflect in your account within 3-7 days. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Cancelling An Order
If you want to cancel your order, you can ask us (by Email only) to cancel your order or to update the shipping/billing address. Our team will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customers (It is because most payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though orders are cancelled and refunded.). Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. FLUIDWIZE ENGINEERING SERVICES reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will guide the customer to return the item. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits Of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
