Shipping Information
- While we try to ship orders on same day, this may not be possible for all the orders, specially for customized or personalized orders. Depending upon the order we ship usually in 1-3 days of placing the order.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91-8826236591 or write to us at sales@fluidwize.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Shipping Partners
- We use reputed courier agencies, such as BlueDart and DTDC.
- We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be or may get damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
Shipping Time/Delivery Time
- We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order.
- Customized products or products which may require processing at our workshop, will be shipped after the processing is complete. Same will be informed via email.
- We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- Though we try to maintain a delivery time of 2-7 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
- We offer standard shipping and express shipping with a fixed cost of 79/- INR and 169/- INR respectively. Orders above 1500/- INR are free of shipping cost.
